Adoptable Cats

Thank you for choosing adoption!
All of our cats live in individual volunteer foster homes, not in a shelter. Visit adoptable cats and kittens in our adoption centers or view some of them online below. If you haven’t found the right cat yet, you can fill out the application below with a description of what you’re looking for and we can check with our foster parents.

Applicants must be 21 to adopt.

Adoption Fees
• Kittens under 10 months: $140/$160 if microchipped
• Cats 10 months and older: $100/$120 if microchipped

Adoption fees cover spay/neuter, distemper and rabies vaccines, FeLV/FIV testing, and worm and flea treatments. Additional donations are always welcome, as our fees cover only a portion of the expenses required to get cats ready for adoption, which can cost up to $200, not including additional bills for sick or injured animals, and costs for food, litter, and supplies.

Please note that since not all applications work out, we continue to take applications on a cat until one is approved. This means a cat you’re interested in may already have pending applications.

Adoption Centers
CNYCC is a proud adoption partner of PetSmart Charities and you can meet cats and kittens at our two PetSmart adoption centers and in the Luna Cat Cafe. Adoption centers are staffed by CNYCC volunteers during store hours. Interested in helping out? Check out our volunteer page!
